Shipping
We use Australia Post & once your order is shipped you will be advised of the tracking number. We aim to ship your order within 2 to 5 days of placing your order.
Once your order is received by Australia Post for shipping. Australia Post are responsible for delivery of your order.
In the event you do not receive your order contact Australia Post with your tracking number for them to investigate.
Refund/Replacement
Refund is not given on change of mind once the order is shipped.
Damaged Item
Send photo of damaged item via email within 24 hours of receipt of order. Once it is approved - a replacement item will be sent.
