The wood has a sweet and uplifting scent that can enhance creativity, love, good fortune, meditation, and relaxation. Palo Santo can also ward off negative energies, communicate with the divine, and reduce stress and anxiety.
Burning it can help you clear negative energy from your space and protect against harmful influences.
How to use: Light and blow out flame so it is smoking and smudge the same as with a smudge stick. Or it can be placed in a smudge bowl.
